To get some hints on what configuration settings are required check out the windows driver inf (zl885avs.inf, which is in the FusionHDTV software package available on DViCo's website).
In particular these settings:

HKR,"DriverData","TunerType", 0x00010001, 0x20, 0x01, 0x00, 0x00
HKR,"DriverData","TunerI2CAddress", 0x00010001, 0x12, 0x00, 0x00, 0x00
HKR,"DriverData","TunerCountryCode",0x00010001, 0x3d, 0x00, 0x00, 0x00 ; 61=Australia
HKR,"DriverData","HasDualTuner", 0x00010001, 0x01, 0x00, 0x00, 0x00
HKR,"DriverData","Tuner2Type", 0x00010001, 0x20, 0x01, 0x00, 0x00
HKR,"DriverData","Tuner1ResetMask", 0x00010001, 0x01, 0x00, 0x00, 0x00
HKR,"DriverData","Demod1ResetMask", 0x00010001, 0x00, 0x00, 0x00, 0x00
HKR,"DriverData","Tuner2ResetMask", 0x00010001, 0x04, 0x00, 0x00, 0x00
HKR,"DriverData","Demod2ResetMask", 0x00010001, 0x00, 0x00, 0x00, 0x00

To get the previous Dual Pro card working I used this information and compared it to the existing configuration options.

You shouldn't have to modprobe the tuners, if you do the configuration correct (cx23885-cards.c) it should load the tuner modules automatically. However I'm not sure if the tuner in this card has been used with this PCIe bridge (it might have, just don't have time to pull apart the code looking for the correct TUNER define). Apart from the correct tuner define the other key is the Tuner I2CAddress (0x12) and the reset masks for the tuner...

I hope this helps you,

I purchased a DVICO HDTV Dual Express2 http://www.linuxtv.org/wiki/index.php/DViCO_FusionHDTV_DVB-T_Dual_Express2

The card has a CONEXANT CX23885-152 & DiBcom 7070PB1-AXGXba-G-b Tuners

I have been modifying the V4l-DVB code (cx23885-dvb.c, cx23885-cards.c
&cx23885.h) based on the DVICO HDTV Dual Express to try and get the card to
But I am having trouble with the 7070PB1-AXGXba-G-b tuners that I am trying to
base on the FusionHDTV Dual Digital 4 (cxusb.c).

I can get Modprobe to load the 2 tuners, but DVBSCAN says the frontend is not

Any help would be appreciated

Cheers Nick
