Revision as of 20:20, 2 January 2008

Any help with loading the i2cdetect program when i run i2cdetect this is all that shows up

Installed I2C busses:

i2c-0 smbus SMBus ALI15X3 adapter at e800 Non-I2C SMBus adapter

Am i missing something ?

In the article you say "Note: To fix the EEPROM, it is IMPORTANT that you load all modules for your 1020 card except dvb-bt8xx."

How do i load the correct modules when it won't boot...if i rename bttv.ko it does boot .

but renaming dvb-bt8xx.ko has no effect

help

Ok this is what i did and it seemed to work
