A DVB-S PCI card by TechniSat.
It is supported under Linux.
Overview/Features
Despite bearing largely the same name, the SkyStar 1 CI device definitely differs from the SkyStar 1. In fact, the "SkyStar 1" is a "full-featured" Rev. 1.5 card whereas the SkyStar 1 CI is a software decoding card and, specifically, appears to be a clone of the Twinhan VP-1030A.
