This unsupported card is evidently an OEM version of a LifeView product (not listed on Lifeview's website).
Underneath the device's heatsink/shield, one finds the following ICs:
- Phillips 8275A (tuner)
- ATI Theater 312 (digital demodulator)
- Phillips SAA7131E (analog demodulator and A/V decoder)
- Philips (?) LV4052 (audio signal routing)
