The Galaxis Technology AG (short Galaxis) is a german company that resold AV7110 based "full-featured" cards. The company filed for bankruptcy (chapter 11) in January 2005.
They did manufacture STB's based on LinuxTV which was their mainstream business. Their website is everything in german though - same for the driver disc and the manuals.
