==Installation==

1) Download and extract the Windows-Driver. Then copy the firmware to /lib/firmware

2) Install the needed packages for the following step
sudo apt-get install libproc-processtable-perl
sudo apt-get install build-essential
sudo apt-get install linux-headers-3.2.0-0.bpo.1-amd64

3) make get the sources and compile. This step takes some time.
sudo rm -r media_build
git clone git://linuxtv.org/media_build.git
cd media_build && ./build
make install; make load
