KaxTV was a very interesting DVB application for KDE. Provided : basic TV features, EPG, Time Shifting, Recording in various MPEG-2 Stream Formats.
It uses Xine as software decoder, but does NOT make use of the xine dvb plugin. KaxTV is based on Kaffeine.
This Software is discontinued. The function of it is now included in Kaffeine.
