A DVB-T/DVB-T2 or DVB-C PCIe card from TechnoTrend with integrated CI Slot. The card seems to be a OEM version of DVBSky T980C.

There's an open source driver that's included in kernel 3.19. It can be built for older kernels using the media_build. Firmware is required for Si2168 demod and Si2158 tuner. See the details from the DVBSky T980C page.
