A hybrid ATSC PCI card from Leadtek.
Overview/Features
A dual RF input hybrid PCI device. It supports ATSC (8-VSB) and NTSC inputs, as well as analog A/V inputs and an IR remote control.
Note the similarly named Leadtek WinFast PalmTop DTV200 H.
