The SIGMACOM SIGMA HDTV5 K1 is an ATSC PCI card, and though there is no offical kernel support for the card, a Mandrake JoayoNET (Korean wiki) article suggests that it can be made to work under Linux.
The card is highly similar to the DViCO FusionHDTV5 Lite.
