This is the current ATSC PCI card offering from TechniSat, and which supersedes their older Air2PC models.
Like many other TechniSat devices, the card features a B2C2 FlexCop PCI interface chipset. Its Frontend is comprised by a LG H061F NIM, which features the LG DT3303 demodulator.
