Where can I find the patch mentioned on this page?

I have recompiled to driver from http://jusst.de/hg/saa716x/ and made some minor changes to saa716x_hybrid.h & saa716x_hybrid.c to the point where I can modprobe saa716x_hybrid but have hit the limit of my knowledge.

There are lot of people interested in this driver. Can you release the patch for get this card working?
