Multimedia Home Platform

The Multimedia Home Platform (short MHP) is a Standard specifying a interactive Media content format defined by the MHP Consortium.

MHP is a middleware standard build on a Java subset. A subset of MHP called GEM (Globally Extensible MHP) is the basis for CableLabs' OCAP middleware and the Blu-Ray Middleware
