http://www.linuxtv.org/wiki/index.php/KWorld_DVB-T_220 may be more relevant for DVB information.

Status

The Tevion/KWorld DVB-T 220RF is automatically detected by a standard modern linux kernel.

This card seems well supported although digital (dvb-t) support isn't enabled automatically. To enable this run 'modprobe saa7134-dvb' as root.

Bugs

saa7134-dvb not loaded automatically (Ubuntu)

Thanks

The linux driver seems to work better than the Windows driver, and the users would like to thank the development team for providing such an excellent driver for this budget card.
