This pages contains a list of working solutions for various encrypted operators across the world. Please do not list solutions that are still in development.

The main purpose of this page is to be a good starting point for beginners so they can choose the right type of hardware for their needs.

If you want to add content to this page, feel free to do so, but please respect this layout:

  • Section Country (In alphabetical order)
  • sub-section: Operator
  • A table for budget card that would contain: software, card, CAM type, CAM brand, comments
