Firmware

no need any firmware.

Drivers

Drivers are now included in kernel branch 2.6.28. Drivers for DVB-S and DVB-S2 (see also S2API) have now been merged into v4l-dvb and can be installed as described here[1].

make install

Remote Control Support

The remote is supported by the device.
