I'm gonna begin a wiki topic about that PCIe TV card : http://www.pinnaclesys.com/PublicSite/fr/Products/Consumer+Products/PCTV+Tuners/PCTV+Analog_Digital+PVR/PCTV+Dual+Hybrid+Pro+PCIe.htm
I'm not a developper, but I own that card, so I just give the most informations I can about it!
