Linux support
The s2-liplianin v4l branch includes support for the card. (Patch http://mercurial.intuxication.org/hg/s2-liplianin/rev/0b7d3cc65161)
The card will be supported out-of-box since Linux 3.5.
The latest s2-liplianin code s2-liplianin-v35 which is now in most kernels does not upload the firmware correctly (nor does it allow you force the firmware upload like before) to to the S471 see here (last checked 04/03/2013).
