TerraTec Cinergy 1200 DVB-C

a SAA7146-based DVB-C PCI Card produced and sold by TerraTec. Uses the Philips CU1216 tuner module, well-supported by the Linux driver. CI-Interface is assembled on some cards, but not yet supported.

This card is able to deliver the full MPEG2 Transport Stream to the host.

The driver has currently (2005-02-09) problems (distorded transmission) with some multiplexes. Working and non-working multiplexes have no apparent differences. This effects some or all multiplexes at least on the following networks:

  • Tampere, Finland - TTV
  • Trondheim, Norway - Canal Digital
