Typhoon/KNC1 DVB-S with new Tuner SU1278/SH-2 aka KNC Plus

I got a Typhoon/KNC1 DVB-S Budget card. It seems that it doesn't work with linux at the moment.

I used drivers from kernel 2.6.12.4 .

I found http://www.linuxtv.org/pipermail/linuxtv-cvs/2005-August/000775.html on the linux-tv CVS mailinglist, perhaps it solves our problem. I did't tried it out yet.
