I just received a Twinhan VP-1030C DVB-S Budget PCI card.
Not sure about the differences with the Twinhan VP-1030A except that the PCB layout has changed.
Not very successful making it work right now.
The tuner seems to be way less sensitive than the one of the Hauppauge Nexus-S 2.1
