This is an Hauppauge WinTV PVR-500. It as a dual tuner, has two video encoders and the model number is 23552. It's possible to add more inputs to this card by connecting a maximum of two small add-on boards that have three more RCA plugs for video and stereo audio, plus another S-Video input.
