Just the call to setfilter() is moved ouside the CyberLogin connection loop.
(If CyberLogin is no longer necesary, this loop can be deleted altogether).
I'm sure it will work after 20.05, it just will try in vain to connect to a
non-existant server. The filter, being setup already, will allow trafic from
the new proxy.
BTW, I've noticed that the old proxy (and news) server can be used with http
authentification too, so you can use it without CyberLogin. Once
authenticated, it allow all trafic to the IP address, much like CyberLogin
did. Maybe this mode will remain in effect after the withdrawal of
CyberLogin (it would be nice to have a backup proxy on each transponder).
