DVB with 2.0.38

Hi

    Is there any chance to compile the DVB drivers on a RH 5.2 machine
with 2.0.38 kernel.
    For some reasons it is not possible to upgrade to a higher kernel
version.
    Or is it possible to rebuild the drivers for 2.0.38?
