I donīt know.

missing, looks like the DRAM and the audio DAC which you donīt need
for data services.
They probably also use a different firmware which is especially made for them,
i.e. it does not depend on those chips being there.
The firmware which comes with the DVB driver probably wonīt work.

If the firmware interface calls are the same it could work if you use
the firmware that comes with the card (Root and Dpram files). 
But I am only guessing here. Try it at your own risk :-)
