pva to mpeg2 conversion and wine

Hi,

Just tested TechnoTrend's pva to mpeg2 converter with the wine emulator,
it does work, and (surprise) quite fast.

On the other hand trying to feed the resulting mpeg to the rempeg2 1.52
transcoder crashes it both under windoze and wine. doesn't appear to
like the format:
"Exception frame is not in stack limits => unable to dispatch exception."

more transcoding tests to follow.
