compiling libdvb

Hello everybody.
Yesterday I've got my brandnew Siemens DVB-S card.
Compiling the driver was not problem, but when I tried to compile the
libdvb I get a message about missing header files
(iostream.h, fstream.h strstream.h ...).
Can anybody help me to find out in which package these files are
included or where I can get a rpm-package with these files.
I' ve got Mandrake Linux 7.1.
