Driver in PES mode vs 'select()' (was: Re: TT budget card)

While we're at it: in order to complete the switch to PES in VDR
the driver will have to react properly on a call to 'select()' in both
record and replay mode. As it is right now, this appears not to be the
case. (It does work as expected in AV_PES mode).

I have already mentioned this to Ralph, but since he's on vacation
at the time being I thought I'd ask you (Marcus) whether you can do
something about this.
