I'm having the same problems with driver version 0.8 and PES recording
(actually they were also present in driver 0.71, which I just verified).

Interestingly the problem apparently depends on the channel that is
recorded. Recordings from RTL work just fine when replayed, while
those from ZDF have huge sound dropouts.

I'm hesitating to release VDR version 0.7 (which implements a full
featured editing solution :-), because since it is now PES based it
might cause more trouble than fun...

Greetings
Klaus
