[linux-dvb] sample DTV caps

Hey,

Does anyone know where one might aquire sample raw DTV caps, for use in
testing, development, etc?  I've got a WinTV-D card, but the tuner is
horrible and even if reception is decent, the card is unable to capture
anything except extremely lossy streams.  Which simply does not do :)

A link to an ftp site or the like would be appreciated.
