[linux-dvb] Siemens DVB-C and SCART out

Hello,

i am trying to activate the SCART port of the DVB-C. I have
installed a snapshot of the current (05/25/2001) dvb cvs tree.
The module seems to load right:
Linux video capture interface: v1.00
i2c-core.o: driver VES1893 DVB DECODER registered.
i2c-core.o: driver VES1820 DVB DECODER registered.
i2c-core.o: driver stv0299 DVB DECODER registered.
i2c-core.o: driver i2c TV tuner driver registered.
saa7146_core.o: saa7146(1): bus:0, rev:1, mem:0xdd9c2000.
VES1820: attaching VES1820 at 0x12
i2c-core.o: client [VES1820] registered to adapter [saa7146(1)](pos. 0).
VES1820: attached to adapter saa7146(1)
tuner: chip found @ 0x61
i2c-core.o: client [i2c tv tuner chip] registered to adapter [saa7146(1)](pos. 1).
i2c-core.o: adapter saa7146(1) registered as adapter 0.
dvb: AV7110 firm f0240009, rtsl b0250014, vid 00010065, app 01010001
dvb: 1 dvb(s) found!

I tried vdr 0.80pre7 :

May 26 23:07:18 lynchlaw vdr[6496]: VDR version 0.80 started
May 26 23:07:18 lynchlaw vdr[6496]: loading /video/setup.conf

May 26 23:07:18 lynchlaw vdr[6496]: loading /video/timers.conf
May 26 23:07:18 lynchlaw vdr[6496]: loading /video/keys-pc.conf
May 26 23:07:18 lynchlaw vdr[6496]: probing /dev/ost/qpskfe0
May 26 23:07:18 lynchlaw vdr[6496]: probing /dev/ost/qamfe0
May 26 23:07:18 lynchlaw vdr[6498]: EIT processing thread started (pid=6498) - master
May 26 23:07:18 lynchlaw vdr[6496]: probing /dev/ost/qpskfe1
May 26 23:07:18 lynchlaw vdr[6496]: probing /dev/ost/qamfe1
May 26 23:07:18 lynchlaw vdr[6496]: found 1 video device
May 26 23:07:18 lynchlaw vdr[6496]: setting primary DVB to 1
May 26 23:07:18 lynchlaw vdr[6496]: switching to channel 5

The messages seem to be okay. But no output on the tv. Changing
the vidmode parameter of the dvb module, also did not help.

Is there some sort of other configuration option or small program
to activate the SCART port?

Thanks all,
  Christian Braun
