I just added the following in my ntuxzap config file:

    TRANSPONDER ID 41e SATID 0192 ONID 1 FREQ 10788000 POL V SRATE 22000000 FEC 8
      CHANNEL NAME "DW" SATID 0192 TPID 041e SID 232d ONID 1 TYPE 1 VPID 131 APID 132 PCRPID 131

and I can receive Deutsche Welle without problems.

There seem to be some older entries in the sample .dvbrc file which
comes with the driver, including a transponder with ID 44a with
the same channels as the one at 10788 MHz but different frequency,
symbol rate, etc. This transponder no longer seems to exist.
