[linux-dvb] DVB card for DATA

hi

i am new to linux list this is just bcoz that i want to install the DVB card in the my linux machine i have version 7 RedHat.Can any body plz help me out. As i have to put the some values like. PID,.Symbol Rate,frequency To get my IP data.It urgent .So if any body can help me out i wll be greatful.and if it is too early to ask plz tell me so that i should look for some alternateway
