[linux-dvb] Need Help - NEW 0.9.x Driver

Hello to everybody

perhaps someone knows - i use 2 VDR machines (and a 3. for Recording) - now i want to make a step forward and use the new 0.9.x driver.

But after one Week trying i give it up.

I have installed the SUSE 2.4.0 kernel from the SUSE 7.1 CD (Klaus say´s that this kernel should work because he use it too)

But i have massive Problems:

This Messages i get if i want compile the Driver:

> saa7146_core.h:9: warning: `DECLARE_MUTEX_LOCKED' redefined
> /usr/src/linux/include/asm/semaphore.h:71: warning: this is the location of the previous definition
> saa7146_core.c: In function `rvmalloc':
> saa7146_core.c:207: warning: implicit declaration of function `MAP_NR'
> saa7146_core.c:207: invalid type argument of `->'
> saa7146_core.c: In function `rvfree':
> saa7146_core.c:237: invalid type argument of `->'
> saa7146_core.c: In function `configure_saa7146':
> saa7146_core.c:606: structure has no member named `base_address'
> make[3]: *** [saa7146_core.o] Error 1
> make[3]: Leaving directory `/vdr/DVB/driver'
> make[2]: *** [_mod_/vdr/DVB/driver] Error 2
> make[2]: Leaving directory `/usr/src/linux-2.4.0.SuSE'
> make[1]: *** [here] Error 2
> make[1]: Leaving directory `/vdr/DVB/driver'
> make: *** [dvb] Error 2
> SERVER:/vdr/DVB #

If anyone have a Idea - or "Tips" for me - please sent a mail.
Perhaps - if anyone have some time - he could connect via SSH to my VDR-Machine and take a look what is wrong.

I don´t know what should i do.

And i´m sure i have made some bad mistakes.......
