[linux-dvb] MESG duration

Hi all,

every time, a new version of VDR is released I have to
patch it.

There is a setting for the duration of on screen messages
which I change hadcoded before compiling.

How about putting this into the 5-Settings menu ?

For my purposes (I am displaying incoming calls into my tv-screen)
the 1 second is too short.
