I mean that you install the slackware 8, recompile the kernel 2.4.5 (source 
code provided in the full installation set), download & install the cdk, 
download & install the siemens dvb drivers and that works fine.

This is my expirence. Maybe someone that has to start from nothing (like I 
did) will need this information.
