Andrei,

Just use the mpegtools from the latest driver version - you shouldn't have 
any problems just taking the apps/mpegtools directory and compiling it 
independently of the driver.

Also, I hope you meant "dumprtp | ts2ps vpid apid > file.ps" in your example.
