There is only one tuner. So you can tune to one multiplex at the time.
You can record a program from that multiplex and watch that program at
the same time, like a normal vcr. I am not sure if you can watch another
program (from demux to mpeg decoder) from the same multiplex while
recording another (from demux to dvr) with vdr.
