I just found a note about supporting VPS in DVB, but forgot
where I found it :(

It is named "DVB: Standard for conveying VBI data in DVB bitstreams"
/ "DVB document A056" from May 2000.

But I want ETS 300 231, what is about VPS because A056 only points
to such docu for more info about bitstream structure of VPS signal.

And I know that our national provider Czechlink transmits the VPS
in TV channels.
