Assuming that you use a LNB with fixed LOF 10600 MHz (high band),
you might try

S19.2E  99999 H 10600  V W15 [E0 30 6B 02]
S19.2E  99999 V 10600  v W15 [E0 30 6B 02]
S13E  99999 H 10600  V W15 [E0 30 6B 04]
S13E  99999 V 10600  v W15 [E0 30 6B 04]
