in windows I see that the signal strenght is some about 67-68%
but in linux (2.4.19grsec, latest cvs from linuxtv.org, latest cvs of dvbtune)
I see poor signal
..Signal=30583, Verror=10485750, SNR=9509dB, BlockErrors=-1, ()..
and I`m not receiving any packets from proxy.planetsky.com
