[linux-dvb] szap exit after tuning patch

HI

Here's my small contribution - patch for the szap to
exit after successful tuning, or after a timeout, 
making it useful in shell scripts.

Successful tuning is considered having ber = 0.

However, szap will keep running forever if
-r option has been specified.
