Shouldn't you have got a manual with it?

I guess: connect any cheap DVB-S-Card + connect Ethernet or whatever for the
return channel...

If a special DVB-S card with return capability via Coax Cable is needed, it
should be available where you bought the DVB-RCS terminal.
