The 0.9.4 release is way out of date, but
we're about to make a new release from the DVB module. It will
happen sometime next week.

We are all short of time, and so far noone has volunteered to do
any work on documentation.

I've just added http://linuxtv.org/dvb/drivers.xml.
Maybe it is of use to someone.
