Done. It's in dvb-kernel CVS now. Testers welcome.

As my vdr box still refuses to boot a 2.5.x kernel, I could not verify 
whether the 2.5.x build really works. It compiles without errors.

Since I don't have a CAM, I could not test the modified CAM/CI routines. 
Please report if I broke anything.
