Hi,
My problem is that I do not have and DVR hw...and...(sorry)....I coding
an academic tool in windows, so I don't have any /dev/dvr
device....that's why I'm looking for a library.....to port it :))

if you have a TS stream you can pass this into the dvr device and let
your hardware or the software demux do this work for you. Not exactly a
library but hardware accelerated...
