DVB-S is different to DVB-T (satellite vs terrestrial) so are not
compatable :)

If you want the budget Hauppauge cards, you'll want a Nova-T PCI which
is the DVB-T card.  With no MPEG encoder on board they're about 80-100
UKP I think.
