[linux-dvb] av7110_loadkeys and ARM crashes

Hello,

I'm using the IR receiver of my DVB-S v2.1 Hauppauge card with DVB v1.00pre2 
drivers and vdr v1.1.26 with remote-plugin.
This weekend I noticed some ARM crashes. After that I couldn't control vdr 
any longer. I loaded the keys again and and I had my RC control back.
I think this behaviour is bad, just think of those people who don't have a 
keyboard at their DVB box...

Is there no other way to get this working nicely?
Of course the ARM can crash, but It shouldn't.
Would it be possible to let the av7110 kernel module take care of its IR 
keys or to run some program after ARM crash (don't like 2nd way)?
Or is there a way to see if there are no keys loaded (so the e.g. the 
vdr-remote plugin could reload the keys)?

Maybe there is another way to get remote control more stable with the 
builtin IR receiver?
