[linux-dvb] Section packing and other issues

Hi

As i see, on latest drivers i didn't see support of section packing.
I see this subject discusses in 2000 year

Also driver patched to accept original firmware (for CI puproses) support
section packing.

Is a possible to add section packing support on network code of
current drivers?

Also additional thing, is a possible to add - setting MAC address of card,
provided by manufacturer?

On 0.9.x with patch i found readMAC() and it work correctly (i do it not
accuracely, just move dvb_net code to dvb.c with some modifications .
