[linux-dvb] TT DVB-T Do I have a prototype board? (rev 1.2)

I just received my TT DVB-T card from Hauppauge in the UK. There are few
markings except for the words "T-DVB Rev.: 1.2" at the top centre of the
board, and "TT2000.30" on the bottom right. Is this a prototype board? (It
has the SP8870 chip talked about in the archives, rather than the SP8872
chip)

I am having quite a few problems getting this card to tune. I am in the
crytal palace area and have a set top box which I can use to confirm that
the arial is OK. Also sometimes the windows software works with this card
and tunes to the correct frequencies for Crystal palace - I say occasionally
because it didn't work at all for a few hours and then sprang into life....

Under Linux the modules load OK, the correct tuner is detected, but the card
can't tune to anything (see below for error output).

What do I do? Should I try the latest CVS driver (I'm using 1.00 rc2 at the
moment)? Should I return this card to Hauppauge for either an update or a
refund? (What is the best revision of the board to look for at the moment?
Are there any revisions which are *too new* to work properly?

Thanks for any help

Ed
